Abstract

This study proposes a reflection on structural racism and violence against black youth in Brazil. Therefore, in addition to reviewing the literature, this research is based on data organized by the Brazilian Public Security Forum. In view of this, the State acts both in the maintenance of racism and in the implementation of social control mechanisms.
