RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA NOS ESTÁGIOS II E III DE GEOGRAFIA NO CENTRO EDUCACIONAL DE JOVENS E ADULTOS - CEJA SENADOR GUERRA
Abstract
ABSTRACT
This experience report aims to analyze the development of inclusive and contextualized pedagogical practices during the Supervised Internships II and III of the Geography degree program at UFRN, conducted at CEJA Senador Guerra (Caicó/RN). It is justified by the importance of Youth and Adult Education (YAE) as a public policy of inclusion and by the role of internships in fostering critical and sensitive teacher education. The methodology was qualitative, using a descriptive-reflective approach, through participant observation, field notes, analysis of pedagogical products, and student attendance records. Internship II included an intervention on "Energy and Sustainability", with poster production and a "geographic snack" presentation, involving students with and without hearing impairments. Internship III focused on classroom teaching, addressing geographic topics with active methodologies and culminating in a field lesson. The results highlighted student protagonism, strengthened links to knowledge, and emphasized the value of accessible and contextualized practices. It is concluded that the integration of planning, inclusion, and active methodologies enhances learning and contributes to building the professional identity of future teachers.
Keywords: youth and adult education; supervised internship; school geography; inclusion; active methodologies.
