Abstract

This interview addresses the role of urban mobility in achieving Urban Reform and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Through an interview with Juciano Martins Rodrigues, a researcher in Urbanism, topics such as the feasibility of "fare-free" and the "Unified Mobility System" are explored, as well as strategies for inclusive, sustainable, and accessible mobility. The study highlights the relationship between mobility and the right to the city, emphasizing investments in high-capacity transportation and the integration of non-motorized modes as ways to achieve fairer and more sustainable cities.
