From a historical structuralist institutionalist perspective, Laura Carvalho (2021), in “Brazilian Waltz: from boom to economic chaos”, building a metaphor referring to dance of European origin, shows in five chapters the steps in which the Brazilian economy leaves the rhythm and is out of step with economic development.
