Abstract

It is with joy that we announce another issue of the magazine Cronos: the second
volume 26 (July-December 2025), which brings the dossier "Ultra-right and democracy in Latin America
contemporary", organized by professors Luis Felipe Miguel (UnB) and Gabriel E. Vitullo (UFRN).
The dossier brings together eight articles by researchers at different stages of academic
being two of individual authorship and the others in co-authorship.
In addition, this edition also presents the free thematic article "Agribusiness and its bases:
conservative modernization, dependence and proletarization", by Ítalo Gimenes Dias da Fonseca (PhD in Social Sciences from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte); the poiesis "Bipartida
Sinapse", by Marcelo Calderari Miguel (Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo); and two reviews:
