The League of Poor Peasants (LCP) is a land struggle movement formally established in 1999 with significant activity in the Northern and Northeastern regions of Brazil, especially in Rondônia, Pará, Alagoas, and Pernambuco. This article analyzes the mobilizations of the LCP between 2020 and 2023, exploring its dynamics and strategies to reshape the meanings of the land struggle in Brazil. The research used data from the DATALUTA database, consisting of news records obtained via Google Alerts and documents of the movement. The results reveal that the LCP acts especially through land occupations and statements of denunciation against the violence suffered, with the main causes being the fight for land and agrarian reform. It is concluded that these issues should be integrated into government agendas and mobilize society to confront agrarian inequalities.
