Abstract

This review is aim to show the contents, discussions and perceptions of state policy capacities for public policies for different areas, entities and public organizations in the book published by ENAP in 2018.

Doutor em Ciências Contábeis pela Unisinos e Mestre em Administração Pública pela Universidade Federal de Viçosa. Atualmente é professor adjunto na Universidade Federal de Viçosa - Campus de Rio Paranaíba, lecionando nas áreas de Contabilidade Societária, Contabilidade Tributária e Métodos Quantitativos. Realiza pesquisas nas áreas de Book Tax Differences, Earnings Quality e Políticas Tributárias aplicadas aos segmentos de agronegócio e setor público.
