The text reflects on the resonances of technology, especially artificial intelligence (AI), in everyday life, pointing out the growing dependence on screens and the transformation of the human experience. The study proposes a maieutic reflection methodology to face present and future challenges in the relationship between creative praxis and digital technology with contributions from other COMOVI studies (Vital Motricity Collective). The balance between technological comfort and the connection with nature is discussed and the importance of educational actions to promote a fuller and more conscious life is emphasized, recognizing the interdependence between technology and life on the planet. The text reflects on the situation of older people in the technological era, pointing out the digital divide and the need for programs adapted to this group. The acceleration of modern life and its impact on society is discussed and concluded by the need and urgency to promote a more integrative life, where technology is combined with human experiences and nature, with emphasis on collaborative actions that enhance diversity.
