Abstract

The work proproses to increase the refeared approach in the field of Primary Attention  through the experiency of a psychology professional, a member of the NASF from the Multi-professional in Family Health Residence program – FESF/FIOCRUZ, in the city of Dias D’Ávila - BA. Through the experience, it is possible to observe how important it is the attention given to the demands brought by the LGBTQ+ population, especially the transgender people, reviewing the public polices related to the refeared community and the development of new conceptions of care and actions offered to these people. It is recommended the validation of the equity principle, by the professionals cultural behavior, the staff and the services to the advocated, as for their rights in the health polices, considering the historical  and cultural  vulnerabilities and the immanent right to the human condition of theses people, who are citizens and SUS users.
