Abstract

This is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach of the report type about the experience in a supervised internship carried out at the State Department of Health of Rio Grande do Norte. The experience was developed in the context of the covid-19 pandemic, in the Coordination of Management of Work and Education in Health. two products: the diagnosis of the coordinator's servers and the Applications Manual for use in remote work. The contribution of the products was evidenced in the identification of the weaknesses of the servers in relation to the execution of the remote work, serving as a basis for the proposition of a plan for the gradual and safe resumption of face-to-face work and the creation of a manual on the use of applications to be used. in the form of work known as home office.
