ATUAÇÃO DA EQUIPE MULTIPROFISSIONAL NO FORTALECIMENTO E APOIO ÀS PRÁTICAS DE AÇÕES EDUCATIVAS SOBRE DOAÇÃO DE LEITE HUMANO NO MUNICÍPIO DE SANTA CRUZ: UM RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA.

Abstract

This study seeks to exposes the practical experiences in the elaboration of actions that aimed to strengthen the donation of breast milk in the city of Santa Cruz/RN, with the participation of the UFRN/FACISA extension group and professionals from the multidisciplinary team of the Ana Bezerra University Hospital. (HUAB). This is an experience report, developed from the actions produced during the month to encourage the donation of human milk, through the extension project “Protection, promotion and support for breastfeeding: strengthening the baby-friendly hospital initiative at HUAB ”. The results obtained were satisfactory, given that there was an active participation of pregnant women, postpartum women, professionals and students, highlighting the importance of health actions aimed at permanent and continuing education.
