Objective: This study aims to report the building experience of the work
process of a graduate in Public Health in Primary Health Care in the Field in the
midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. Methodology: The coverage period was from
2020 to 2022, taking place in the municipality of Caruaru/PE. The Public’s
Health graduate work took place from NASF-Ab’s perspective, working together
with two family health’s teams from rural territories. Results: The work process
was developed on three main fronts, namely: 1) Health care based on territory;
2) Coordination with intra and intersectoral networks; 3) Reorganization of the
multiprofessional work in Primary Health Care. Conclusions: Therefore, the
work process of the graduate in Collective Health is in constant movement of
understanding of possibilities and limitations, regarding a still unknown
practice, especially in realities such as PHC. The advancement of the discussion
occurs in parallel with the formation and insertion of this profession in the most
diverse contexts, such as rural health. There is a need to develop more studies
and experiences, focusing on the capitalization in the living reality of the SUS.
