PROFILE OF PUBLISHED WORKS OF 2004 TO 2010 IN THE FIELD OF EDUCATION AND RESEARCH CONGRESS USP CONTROLLER AND ACCOUNTING
Abstract
Given the growing interest by researchers in the area of accounting education and research in recent years and the importance of that step studies in this area, this study aimed to profile the articles published in the field of education and research in Congress USP Controller and accounting and Scientific Initiation in the period 2004-2010. Supported in descriptive methodology, and using the bibliometric analysis, 81 studies were selected as sample for the study. The analyzes showed that most of the articles is written by two authors, and the Southeast as prevailing approved articles. The methodologies used in the articles, they emphasized the descriptive research, using survey information, and quantitative approach. Finally, the search area was scrutinized more than the area of education, although the most frequently studied topic in Congress has been on the teaching-learning.
