Peer Review Process

The texts submitted to the evaluation will be sent, without author identification, to two reviewers, members of the Editorial Board, and will be evaluated according to the criteria informed in the Publication Rules. The standard time for evaluation is 30 days, after the text has been sent by the Editor to the evaluators. The receipt of the texts for evaluation occurs in a continuous flow, and it may occur specific calls. The evaluators are university professors or researchers in the areas of gender and sexuality, national and foreign.

In case of different opinions a third evaluator will be selected to solve the impasse.

In case of recommendation of necessary corrections, the author must present a new corrected version for the purpose of publication.

The journal only publishes articles by authors with a minimum master degree. Lower degrees will not be accepted, even if co-authored.
