School Integrated Technical Courses. The first edition took place in the
context of the student occupations of 2016 and, undoubtedly, should
be considered as part of the youth politicization at the time. The first
edition occurred in the context of the student occupations of 2016 and,
undoubtedly, should be considered as part of the young politicization at
the time. The second edition was held in 2017, in a planned way with
more repercussion in social networks and among the school community.
I believe that the issues raised by young people in vocational training
who problematize historical silence and indifference with regard to
non-heteronormative sexualities need to be analyzed and understood
in order to achieve a comprehensive, human, transformative, inclusive
and political education. For the purposes of this work, we focused the
analysis on a set of images produced in 2016 and 2017 by the Festival
organization and available on social networks, in addition to participant
observation and informal conversations.
