Pornographic utopia in the Brazilian cisgender-hetero-military dictatorship
Abstract
I reflect on the complex diagram of power relations during the cisgender-hetero-military dictatorship (1964-1988). For that, I analyze how, in the last Brazilian dictatorship, the functioning of power can be thought from the denial of its legal postulates: property, location, subordination, essence, legality and modality. This implies thinking of power as a microphysical, intentional, non-subjective, capillary and dynamic relationship. Based on this theoretical framework, I seek to reflect on the concomitance of three governance paradigms, namely: necropolitics, biopolitics and deimopolitics, in the constitution of social control of gender and sex during that period, in order to consider the relationship between desire and the social field in the production of pornographic utopia.
