ORGANIZATIONAL DIAGNOSIS AS A TOOL IN DECISION-MAKING PROCESS MANAGEMENT: A CASE STUDY IN LIBRARY AND PAPER A MINA DE OURO

This article examines the importance of organizational diagnosis to the process of management decision making through a case study in Stationery and Books The Gold Mine, located in the city of New Corrals/RN, through a survey of information on the administration of same at two levels: the competitive environment and organization structure. In terms of methodology we developed a descriptive study based on the characterization of the company and research from primary and secondary sources. As a result, there was a strong increase in competition through various business enterprises that are meeting the needs of consumers with similar products and services. Furthermore, we confirmed the importance of organization to develop a more constant monitoring of competitors to establish a strategic planning company in the market. Regarding the organization structure, a reorganization of functions and responsibilities of employees is presented as a solution for the efficient delegation of decision-making power to the team.
