SEMPRE VIVA:DILEMMAS IN A RURAL ORGANIZATION

This paper is a case to be used in the classroom, which aims to bring the student to reflect on dilemmas in a rural organization, the Sempre Viva. The protagonist of his case is Carlos, a patriarch of a traditional family Carnaubais city in the state of Rio Grande do Norte. One of the main considerations is that the case brings to maintain a project management environment in rural life.
