Abstract

The case had as its educational objective to discuss the Centralization of People Management, as an organizational process, how people react, the difficulties faced, besides their strategic role in the future of companies, being able to be applied in undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the areas management, people management and psychology. The data were obtained through an account of the author's knowledge, reports and situations experienced by employees of the company in Rio Grande do Norte and in the States of Ceará and Piauí, which authorized their publication in full, but with the fictitious names.
