Abstract

Take care to study the central points of the so-called e-commerce, which is practiced through electronic devices that, with the help of the internet, enables business from a distance, carried out all over the world. The objective of this article is to investigate, through the methodology based on bibliographic review and field research, segmented and nichada, to know the main characteristics to compose the profile of the customer of e-commerce in the country, having by population population undergraduate students in Business Administration of a college in the South Zone of the city of São Paulo, capital. The study is justified by its inherent academic appeal, although it is of a practical nature and should interest students and people working in this segment.
