Fatores de impacto na adesão de vacinação contra COVID-19 pelos profissionais de saúde: revisão integrativa

The present study aims to identify which factors impact the adherence of the vaccine against COVID-19 by health professionals. This is an integrative literature review carried out in October 2021 in the MEDLINE, Scopus, Web of Science and CINAH databases. Filters and refinements of the data obtained by the search strategy were applied, obtaining 10 articles included for analysis of this research. Through the application of data reduction from these studies, two categories were obtained: positive and negative factors for adherence to vaccines by health professionals. Among the positive factors, the risks arising from the disease, fear of transmission for individuals and the need to return to work activities stand out. As for the negative factors, there was a lack of information about vaccines, fear of side effects and conspiracy theory. It was concluded that there was a greater diversity of positive factors for adherence to the vaccine against COVID-19 and that the negative factors were presented with greater weight for the participants of the studies included in this review.
