Contributions of a WEB Platform for social chance

Abstract

Objective: To develop a sustainable, technology-based business model that contributes to the inclusion of socially vulnerable women in the labor market in the state of Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil. Method: This is an applied research, aimed at building a WEB platform and how can this combination enhance the access of women in the labor market in RN. Result: This study started with the opening of the company with a focus on social impact and entry into the impact business acceleration program; enhancing the formalization of the business and accelerating the Platform development with contributions to the user experience Final Considerations: From the initial researches and the advance in the structuring of the business, if the need for approximations with local articulators as partners who intend to leverage as an employer and employer, contributing to the increase in the statistics of the number of women in the labor market.
