A PEDAGOGIA DE PROJETOS NO ENSINO REMOTO COM CRIANÇAS DE CINCO ANOS
Abstract
The development of pedagogical proposals in the Early Childhood Education stage that consider the child as an integral subject and protagonist of their learning process is a challenge, especially in the remote teaching mode, necessary, due to the pandemic period of COVID-19. In this direction, this text consists of an account of the practice of a teacher of a group of five-year-old children, from the Academic Unit of Early Childhood Education/UAEI, from the Federal University of Campina Grande/UFCG, regarding proposals that consider the child's role in their learning process during remote teaching. To this end, we used the pedagogy of projects that supported the Football thematic project, which emerged from the children themselves, thus arousing greater interest in them to participate in synchronous meetings. We show that, if, on the one hand, technological tools, in particular, the internet, through computers and cell phones, constitute a possibility for the provision of the child's right to Early Childhood Education, on the other hand, this teaching method reveals challenges, by imposing limits to interactions and play between child-child and adult-child.
