This experience report discusses the extension project Quarentemas. Such project, it was developed and carried out in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic, it proposes to present discussions and reflections on current and relevant topics for students and former students of the Escola Agrícola de Jundiaí-UFRN through live broadcasts on the social network Instagram. The project was conceived to assist coping the social isolation experienced in the current scenario, with interdisciplinarity as a guiding principle and organizer of discussions, and technology as a tool for communication and learning. So far, it is clear from the number of participants, and the interactions carried out that Quarentemas has played an important role, serving as a way of accessing knowledge and helping with emotional balance.
