Abstract

The revitalization of Jaboti Park was the focus of the course Real Problems in Process Management, offered by UTFPR, Apucarana campus, allowing students to have direct contact with the real demands of the community, under the guidance of professors in weekly meetings. Projects related to infrastructure, safety, and technology were proposed, aiming at sustainability, accessibility, and the enhancement of public spaces. The results reinforced the importance of university extension and the potential of engineering as a tool for social transformation.
