uma abordagem inovadora para o envelhecimento saudável em comunidade

Resumo

Este estudo investiga a convergência entre neuroarquitetura, ambientes enriquecidos e cohousing para oferecer uma abordagem inovadora ao envelhecimento saudável no contexto brasileiro. O modelo cohousing, originado na Dinamarca nos anos 70, emerge como uma solução que harmoniza privacidade e comunidade, atendendo às crescentes demandas da população idosa em meio ao adensamento urbano e isolamento social. A pesquisa destaca a relevância dos vínculos sociais, respaldada por evidências das Blue Zones e do estudo LatAm-FINGERS, incorporando o conceito neurocientífico de Ambientes Enriquecidos. A metodologia exploratória abrange revisão bibliográfica, análise qualitativa de estudos de caso, incluindo a Vila Envelhecer em Campinas e a New Ground Cohousing em Londres, além da formulação de diretrizes de projeto fundamentadas cientificamente. Objetiva-se compreender e delinear a sistemática habitacional do cohousing no Brasil, considerando o conceito experimental de Ambientes Enriquecidos aplicado ao planejamento residencial. Essas diretrizes visam criar espaços que fomentem saúde e qualidade de vida em comunidade, promovendo sociabilidade, estímulos cognitivos, sensoriais e motores. A pesquisa justifica-se pelo aumento gradual do número de idosos, estimado em mais de 25% em 2060. Esse panorama impulsiona modificações socioeconômicas, incluindo a tipologia das moradias, tornando o cohousing uma proposta relevante e necessária para enfrentar os desafios do envelhecimento populacional de maneira inovadora e sustentável.
