The focus of this research lies in understanding how the production of WebQuest (WQ), in initial Pedagogy training, can contribute to the promotion of education in human rights (HRE) and gender, with regard to the practice of inclusive education, critical and dialogic. Furthermore, it aimed to find out whether the WQ can be used as extension curricularization proposals, through discussions of HRE and gender. To this end, six WebQuests were analyzed and their link with university extension, produced by students on the Pedagogy/degree course, at a university in the interior of the State of Paraná. The Case Study methodology was used in conjunction with bibliographical research, which allowed the deepening and expansion of theoretical studies on the topic. The theoretical contribution was developed with an emphasis in Paulo Freire, references focused on Human Rights Education and technology in teacher training. WQ, due to its dynamic, interactive, interdisciplinary and intercultural possibility, proved to be a possible resource for extension between university and community, in order to educate on human rights in a broad way. It is considered that educational training focused on Education in Human Rights and gender with the use of new technologies, as long as digital citizenship is guaranteed, can favor the training of critical people, in order to promote awareness, plurality and respect for differences.
