Abstract

A Tentehar-Guajajara indigenous man and a non-indigenous researcher agree on an ethnophotographic essay crossing looks and meanings from their points of view in and out of the banks of the pe pihun - black path, the BR-226 Federal Highway that cuts through the Cana Indigenous Land Brava in the Center-South of Maranhão. The essay was produced within an ethnographic research context between 2019 and 2023.
