INTEREST GROUP: A STRATEGY FORCOMPETITIVENESS

This work was conducted through a literature review on the subject Interest Group, which is defined according to Cruz as the gathering of people from different areas, usually on the temporary basis in pursuit of common goals, leveraging the synergy and strength creative potentially larger group. The work in addition to focusing the subject group of interest, also explains about groups across the board, defining it as a set of people, driven by similar needs that come together around a specific task, for better understanding of the subject addressed. At work, yet is presented and analyzed a case about the area’s innovation Natura, aiming to treat the subject matter, also in practice. Finally, I concluded that the interest groups that the differs from the simple concept of group productivity is the result of above compared to other methods of organizing people.
