MANAGEMENT OF HUMAN DEVELOPMENT IN MICRO AND SMALL BUSINESS SECTOR OF FOOD JUAZEIRO NORTH

This article discusses a study about the management practices of Human Development conducted by Micro and Small Enterprises in the food sector of Juazeiro-CE. Data were obtained from a field survey, where it was possible to interview managers and employees of five restaurants. After a structured analysis of information acquired, the results pointed to a widening and effective training techniques geared to the members that make up their business in order to improve their performance and thus leverage organizational outcomes, promoting common satisfaction.
