Abstract

The case deals with the Ribeira Bar, which is characterized as a medium-sized bar, located in the traditional and oldest neighborhood Christmas Ribeira. Due to its location, its audience is different, with rustic decor provides a cozy and relaxed environment to its customers. With the reading has some thoughts, such as the definition of business focus, increased income disclosure forms, attracting potential customers.
