DIGITAL EDUCATIONAL GAMES ON ELECTRICAL ENERGY: ANALYSIS OF WORK UNDER THE PERSPECTIVE OF ELEMENTS OF CRITICAL ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION
Keywords:
environmental education; educational games; energy.Abstract
Electric energy is an essential good for humanity, since it is present in many significant sectors of society. However, its excessive use can compromise the planet in a variety of ways, especially in relation to socio-environmental spheres. Thus, it is essential to think of ways to use it consciously and stimulate this reflection through the educational processes. From this perspective, the present work sought from the perspective of critical environmental education, to understand how the digital educational games have worked the issues of energy consumption, since these are resources that potentially stimulate learning. The results showed that there is a lack of descriptive information about the approaches to use of the games and that their contents do not work on the energy theme broadly considering all its dimensions.
