SÍTIO DA TRINDADE OU ARRAIAL DO BOM JESUS? MEMÓRIA, MEMÓRIA HISTÓRICA E RESSIGNIFICAÇÃO DO ESPAÇO:
uma experiência com os alunos do segundo ano do Ensino Médio na ETE Dom Bosco- Recife-PE

This work presents an experience report of teaching practice in the Supervised Internship II discipline, developed at the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco (UFRPE), with the Dom Bosco State Technical School, Recife (PE), as its practical field. From the work with project pedagogy, we sought to discuss the students' relationship with space, memory and historical memory, given the historical importance of the place that surrounds the school, Sítio da Trindade, an important stronghold of resistance to the Dutch occupation of Pernambuco in the 17th century. We see in this place a potential for bringing content and students' daily lives closer together, thus being able to fill historical knowledge with meaning, bringing us closer to the realities and experiences of our students.
