Abstract

We intend on this project to be attentive to the types of space conscience, in other words, to the “readings”, reflections and interpretations made by the past social actors about São João del-Rei/MG, in a conjuncture of accelerated transformations on your urban structure. We seek, on that perspective, to set up an interpretation of the spatial representations in order to both seize the ways in which the city is represented, noticed, thought and projected, and the practices, behaviors, performances and the time experiences of the social groups inside that space.
