Abstract

The article aims at making an approximation between the attempts of the program (project) operation production and the ideas of the new man, with regard to the political, economic and administrative process of the socialist revolution in post-independence Mozambique (1975-1992), in order to to discuss the impacts of the implementation of the program by FRELIMO and Samaora Machel's young men's practices.
