This study contributes to the discussion on sexual migration, combining HIV/AIDS with the spatial relationship, from complementary perspectives, as Certeau's (1984) daily practices are adequate to Carrillo's sexual migration (2004, 2010) from the perspective of the heterosexual nation of Ochy Curiel (2013). This bibliographic review is complemented by Susan Sontag (1984, 1989) when discussing the effects of metaphors on the disease and on HIV/AIDS on the social life of people living with HIV. The daily practices of a man, homosexual and migrant, are shaped by the heteronormative implications of the family, symbol of the heterosexual nation, and the limitations of relating emotionally and sexually in the spaces where they live. Based on the idealization of affective and sexual freedom on the other side of the border, they decide to migrate and expose themselves to the virus.
