the formationof the mystical medieval through fairy tales and their pedagogical potential

The Middle Ages is a historical period often marked by interpretations and stereotypes that, in many cases, lack a historiographical basis. Much of what is known about the medieval period are questions made during the Modern period, causing the Middle Ages to be divided into two different realities, Renaissance obscurantism or modern romanticism. This article aims to analyze fairy tales from the 17th - 18th centuries, their origin, popularity and pedagogical potential. And through works by authors such as Charles Perrault and the Brothers Grimm, you understand how the idea we have today about the medieval was shaped from these stories and modern and contemporary thinking.
