The study in question analyzed the pluviometric regime in the Southwest Bahian Identity Territory, using data from 20 selected pluviometric stations from an initial set of 228. The objective was to investigate possible changes in precipitation indices due to climatic factors or alterations in the landscape. Nineteen stations were identified with a significant reduction at the 5% significance level in the stationarity test of the historical data series, with an average period from 1943 to 2020. This study underscores the importance of understanding such changes for the sustainable management of water resources and ecosystem conservation in the region.
