Este artigo objetiva analisar as práticas amorosas em espaços públicos na cidade de Porto Alegre, entre os anos de 1890 e 1930. A partir da análise dos processos criminais de defloramento, deseja-se relacionar o processo de organização e controle do espaço público com as novas formas de sociabilidade, dando especial atenção aos relacionamentos amorosos ocorridos nos espaços públicos.
