Abstract

This interview was made available in podcast format at the end of 2023, aiming to enable a reflection on the current state of our research as historians. The emphasis on the use of digital media and technologies is the central point of the debate, with the participation of an internationally recognized professional in the area of using heritage with technologies and artificial intelligence.

Graduating from the 8th period of History at the Federal University of Triângulo Mineiro; Advising the research project “Public History as a Pedagogical Tool for Teaching History” with Professor Dr. Marcelo de Souza Silva; Member and Co-creator of the UFTM Public History Laboratory Extension Project and Scholarship Monitor of the Institutional Teaching Initiation Scholarship Program -PIBID;

Ygor Demiciano, Universidade Federal do Triângulo Mineiro

Graduating in History from the Federal University of Triângulo Mineiro. He also develops research in the area of History of Imperial Brazil, with an emphasis on Military History guided by Flávio Dias Saldanha. He was one of the members of the organizing committee of the Public History Laboratory extension project at UFTM.
