Introduction: The high demand for aesthetic treatments has led the dental industry to improve its techniques and develop materials with new characteristics that allow mimicking the tooth structure, associating high aesthetic quality with health. For this, a detailed anamnesis and intra and extraoral physical examination, morphological analysis of the teeth and face are necessary, so that the proposed rehabilitation is adequate. Objective: The objective of this study is to describe a clinical case of reanatomization of the upper anterior dental elements, through direct restorations in composite resin, restoring the aesthetics and function of the patient. Case report: Female patient, 19 years old, sought the Clínica Escola da Faculdade de Odontologia do Recife - FOR, reporting dissatisfaction with her smile and declared that she was unwilling to undergo orthodontic treatment. When performing the clinical examination, it was observed that there was misalignment of the anterior-superior dental elements. After carrying out the diagnostic waxing and validation through the mockup with bisacrylic resin, it was decided to carry out the aesthetic reanatomization with nanohybrid composite resin, in a conservative way, that is, without wearing down the teeth in question. Conclusion: The planning stages were fundamental for greater predictability and obtaining excellent results. The materials and techniques selected for carrying out the proceduresa combined resistance and aesthetic characteristics, aiming at greater lingevity.
