Ceará - UFC. Develops research with emphasis on territorial development, energy renewable, participatory methodologies.

Maria Dulce Picanço Bentes Niece: Professor of the Department of Architecture of Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte. Participates in the Architecture and Urbanism (PPGAU/UFRN) and in the Post-Graduate in Urban and Regional Studies (PPEUR/UFRN). Member of the Contemporary Studies Habitat Research Group (ECOHabitat - Dep. of Architecture/UFRN). Develops research with emphasis on territorial planning; social housing; territorial, land and socio environmental conflicts.
