Abstract

This study intends to understand the Higher Indigenous Multicultural Formation in how this context safeguards a new current demand: the need for the Institute of Indigenous Higher Education in Roraima - INSIKIRAN, present at the Federal University of Roraima - UFRR, to consider the feasibility of a Course of Higher Education in Macuxi Distance Language. In order to fulfill this purpose, based on bibliographical-qualitative model of research, the approach of the subject of foundations based on publications texts, theses, articles and dissertations that favor a better understanding about this reality. As the theme was better discussed, one could gain a better insight and knowledge about the Multicultural Indigenous Higher Formation.

Pedagogo, Professor de Português, Pós-graduado em Atendimento Educacional Especializado - AEE e Educação Inclusiva, Pós-graduando (em nível de Mestrado) em Letras, pela Universidade Federal de Roraima - UFRR, Bacharel em Direito, Pesquisador Social.

Pós Doutoranda (PPGAS/UFRJ/ em andamento 2019); Doutora em História Social (PPGHIS/UFRJ/UFRR/2016), Professora colaboradora no Programa de Pós Graduação em Letras (PPGL/UFRR/ desde 2018) e efetiva desde 2009 do Curso de Gestão Territorial Indígena (com Ênfase em Patrimônio Indígena), no Instituto Insikiran de Formação Superior Indígena, da Universidade Federal de Roraima (UFRR), possui Mestrado em Memória Social pela Universidade do Rio de Janeiro (PPGMS/UNIRIO/2008), graduação em Licenciatura em Artes Cênicas pela Universidade do Rio de Janeiro (CCLA/UNIRIO/1994). Com especialização em Educação Indígena pela Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF/2008); especialização em Democracia, República e Movimentos Sociais (UFMG/2011). Coordenadora do Programa de Valorização das Línguas e Culturas Macuxi e Wapichana (PRAE/PRPPG/UFRR/ desde 2010) e do Laboratório de Estudos e Ensino de Línguas Indígenas (LEELI/PPGL/UFRR/2018); Tem experiência na área de Arte Educação, Formação de Professores Indígenas, com ênfase em educação patrimonial, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: línguas indígenas, artes cênicas, dramaturgias em línguas indígenas, literatura indígena, história indígena, história oral, biografias, memória, antropologia e patrimônio.
