Abstract

This article analyzes and compares the versions of the song "Desafinado" on the albums Chega de saudade, Jazz Samba, The Composer of Desafinado Plays, Getz/Gilberto featuring A. C. Jobim, Sinatra/Jobim and also in printed scores in the books The Real Book, The New Real Book 1, Songbook Tom Jobim and Cancioneiro Jobim. It aims developments that have taken place in the music scene from the disclosure of Bossa Nova internationally.
