About the Journal

Focus and Scope

The Digital Journal Constitution and Guarantee of Rights (RDCGD) is a continuous-flow periodical linked to the Postgraduate Program in Law (PPGD) and the Electronic Journals Portal of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN). It publishes original works related to Legal Sciences and related areas, presenting results of studies and research on the activities of these fields. The journal is multilingual and publishes works in Portuguese, Spanish, French, and English.

The journal's topics of interest are focused on the area of ​​Law, encompassing Legal Theory, Public Law, Private Law, and Special Rights.

The journal offers free and immediate access to its content, following the principle of open, free, and public access to scientific knowledge for the academic community and society in general, as well as the full exercise of the democratization of information and knowledge. Furthermore, the journal does not charge fees for submission, evaluation, editing, and publication of articles (APCs).

Periodicity

The journal publishes works on a continuous flow basis, meaning that all works received, evaluated, and accepted for publication are sent to the editors and published. Furthermore, the publications are compiled into one volume, which is divided into two issues and published semi-annually.

Open Access Policy

This journal offers immediate open access to its content, following the principle that making scientific knowledge freely available to the public provides greater global democratization of knowledge.
