The Manzuá Journal on Performing Arts [Manzuá Journal on Performing Arts], an open-access, peer-reviewed electronic journal with no submission or publication fees, shows unpublished articles, photo essays and videos, within the scope of the theme Dossier WHAT CAN AN ISOLATED BODY? Reflections, New Pedagogies and Artistic Experiments.
The editorial board of Revista Manzuá, as well as the Postgraduate Program in Performing Arts (PPGArC), does not ignore the unprecedented and difficult moment that artists and researchers have been facing due to the COVID 19 pandemic. suspension and/or postponement of activities, many (many) artists have sought to reinvent themselves within this reality that presents itself as a “new normal”. If, on the one hand, a first movement was generated by the need for survival, on the other hand, it is possible to glimpse the consolidation of this streaming model in the performing arts, thanks to the action of reinventing itself in the face of chaos.
