The Digital Journal Constitution and Guarantee of Rights (RDCGD) is a Diamond Open Access journal, meaning that all available content is free of charge for users or institutions wishing to access it. Furthermore, no fees are charged for article submission, evaluation, editing, or publication (APCs). Users can read, download, share, redistribute, and adapt the material, provided they respect the terms of the Creative Commons license adopted by the journal.
