Estratégias de regulação da motivação de universitários

Resumo

A motivação influencia o desempenho dos estudantes e a capacidade de regulá-la pode auxiliar os alunos a se manterem empenhados nas atividades acadêmicas. Para regular a motivação, é possível utilizar diferentes procedimentos ou estratégias. O presente artigo teve como objetivo realizar uma revisão sistemática da literatura para identificar trabalhos internacionais e nacionais, publicados entre os anos de 2016 a 2021, que investigaram as estratégias que futuros professores ou estudantes do ensino superior conhecem e relatam utilizar para regular sua motivação. Após a aplicação dos critérios de seleção, sete artigos foram selecionados. Foram descritas as estratégias de regulação da motivação mais e menos reportadas pelos participantes, os instrumentos de coleta de dados e as variáveis associadas ao relato de uso dessas estratégias. A escassez de pesquisas nacionais acerca das estratégias de regulação da motivação de futuros professores corrobora a necessidade de que investigações sobre essa temática sejam realizadas entre esse grupo-alvo.
