Estrategias de regulación de la motivación en estudiantes de universitarios

Resumen

La motivación influye en el desempeño de los estudiantes y la capacidad de regularla puede ayudarles a mantenerse comprometidos con las actividades académicas. Para regular la motivación es posible utilizar diferentes procedimientos o estrategias. El presente artículo tuvo como objetivo realizar una revisión sistemática de la literatura para identificar artículos internacionales y nacionales, publicados entre los años 2016 a 2021, que investigaran las estrategias que los futuros profesores o estudiantes de educación superior conocen y dicen utilizar para regular su motivación. Después de aplicar los criterios de selección, se seleccionaron siete artículos. Describimos las estrategias de regulación de la motivación más y menos reportadas por los participantes, los instrumentos de recolección de datos y las variables asociadas al reporte del uso de estas estrategias. La escasez de investigaciones nacionales sobre estrategias para regular la motivación de los futuros profesores corrobora la necesidad de que se realicen investigaciones sobre este tema entre este grupo destinatario.
