The Digital Journal Constitution and Guarantee of Rights (RDCGD) is an open-access journal linked to the Electronic Journals Portal of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN), which publishes original works related to Legal Sciences and Applied Social Sciences biannually, provided that the studies are focused on Law and its constitutional foundations, presenting results and research on the activities of these areas. The journal is multilingual and publishes works in Portuguese, Spanish, French, and English.
The journal offers immediate open access to its content, following the principle of open, free, and public access to scientific knowledge to the academic community and society in general, as well as the full exercise of the democratization of knowledge. Furthermore, it adopts a double-blind peer review system in its editorial process.
Target audience: The target audience of the journal includes researchers, professors, postgraduate students, and professionals linked to the field of Law.
Periodicity: Continuous flow, semi-annual publication
